Zadeva Drava Ptuj očitno še zdaleč ni končana

V celoti prilagamo obe elektronski sporočili, ki smo ju glede dogajanja v klubu Drava Ptuj prejeli od (vsaj do nedavnega) predsednika kluba Emanuela Akpakwuja.

Good evening Sir,

As the Official president of NK Drava Dakinda Ptuj, I wish to update you of the illegal Skuptchna held today at NK Drava Dakinda Ptuj board room.

The agenda of the Congress presented by Vice President Nastja Ceh is fake and mischief.

The official Agenda by Mr President that was to be adopted at the Congress based on the agreement of January 21, 2020 which was Agreed and signed by Mr Nastja Ceh that he will resign as Vice President was boycotted.

Today the original agenda for the Congress was boycotted and a fake agenda by Nastja Ceh installing himself as President of the club and nominating Mr Freddie as Vice President and Mr Matija Tepes’s as board member of NK drava Dakinda Ptuj is invalid and will be reported to the administrative court, and also the police, work investigators and financial forensic experts will be notified to investigate Nastja Ceh activities from May 2017 till date from when I started investing in the NK Drava Dakinda Ptuj to the tune of more than €700,000.

Also to be investigated is how the payments from the Slovenia FA, Sponsors, ticket sales and other partnerships funds were used and where the money went without my approval as President.

Today I am making official report to the press media of all the illegalities and misappropriation of funds embezzled by Mr Nastja Ceh.

As the president of NK Drava Dakinda Ptuj, I am informing you and inviting you that on Monday, February 10, 2020, we will hold the extraordinary assembly of the society, in which we will discuss the abuse of the position of Vice President by Mr Nastja Cech, because there is cause of suspicion of fraud from my investment and other funds from FA and other sponsors into the club since I took over as president.

The current debt of the company is more than €250,000 according to Mr Nastja Ceh.

AS THE PRESIDENT, I WILL CONSIDER REPORTING THIS PURPOSE TO THE NECESSARY AUTHORITY BODY AND I WANT YOUR PRESENCE IN THE ASSEMBLY MEETING OF FEBRUARY 10, 2020
